Pingree Diesel Performance is operated by PINGREE DIESEL LLC, based in Larimer County, Colorado and serving Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming. This policy explains how information submitted through the website and SMS program is intended to be handled.
Information collected
The inquiry form requests your name, phone number, optional email, vehicle information, and service request. You may optionally provide mileage, VIN, and diagnostic codes. Do not submit financial account information or other unnecessary sensitive information.
If you choose SMS consent, the form records separate service and marketing choices, the disclosure version, submission timestamp, source page, form identifier, and an event identifier. The configured GHL integration also receives browser/device details, page information, and a session identifier. The integration may read an existing session cookie where available.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, discuss vehicle service, coordinate appointments, and manage customer communications. Service texts and marketing texts require the applicable consent. Declining marketing consent does not prevent you from contacting the shop or requesting service.
Service providers and mobile information
The website is built and hosted through GoHighLevel. Inquiry information is intended to be handled through its CRM services. Information may be disclosed to service providers as needed to support those activities or where required by law, subject to the mobile-data restriction below.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Your choices
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. When the SMS program is active, reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Contact the shop by phone or email to ask about accessing or correcting information, withdrawing consent, or requesting deletion, subject to applicable operational and legal retention needs.
Retention and security
Information is retained for the operational and legal purposes for which it is needed. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards should be maintained; no transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. The business must confirm its retention and access practices before this policy is published.
