Terms & Conditions
Online requests and the SMS program are not active yet. These terms must be reviewed against the actual operating practices before launch. An effective date will be added upon approval.
Pingree Diesel Performance is operated by PINGREE DIESEL LLC. These terms cover website inquiries and the planned SMS communications program. SMS is pending activation and registration review.
Service inquiries
An inquiry is not a confirmed appointment, estimate, or authorization for vehicle work. Contact the shop to arrange a visit and confirm the scope and timing of service. No repair warranty, pricing commitment, or vehicle diagnosis is created by website content alone.
SMS program
Service messages may include responses to inquiries, estimates, appointment confirmations and reminders, repair progress, and vehicle pickup updates. Marketing messages may include service promotions, special offers, and discounts, only with separate marketing consent.
Voluntary participation
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Service and marketing preferences are separate. You may contact the shop or request service without agreeing to receive text messages. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out and rejoin
When the program is active, reply STOP to a message or text STOP to the GHL messaging number, (307) 317-9044, to unsubscribe. An opt-out confirmation may follow, after which further campaign messages stop. To rejoin, complete a new opt-in process or contact the shop for assistance. Prior opt-outs must be respected; resubscription requires verified consent.
Help and support
Reply HELP to a program message, email pingreediesel@gmail.com, or call the shop at (307) 369-7009. The shop's contact number is different from the GHL messaging number.
Carrier information
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
Privacy
Read the Privacy Policy for information about data handling and mobile-consent protections. These pages do not authorize messaging before registration, consent handling, and program behavior have been verified.
